Jenkinson’s opinion: The good thing about the Abbey GTS’s is that there are plenty around to choose from. Very popular when new and plenty were sold so the used market has stacks to choose from. The 516 is a classic family tourer for five persons, its sleek exterior looks and good spec makes the older models still desirable to buy especially as a first used van buy.

Solid build and pleasing interior finish helps sell the Abbey GTS 516, fab thick upholstery is so good for retaining its shape and support while the 516 comes with acres of roof locker storage to. The front end dinette can be a great place for five to eat and also watch TV. We like the under seat access flaps and the compact yet excellent side washroom complete with electric flush loo. That L shaped rear will sell it though for many as an ideal play area for the kids on a wet day.

Coachman Genius KitchenL shaped rear end makes a great play area for the kids, thick upholstery lasts well and gives good support.
